Thank you for your interest in joining the PATHS program at the University of Utah! You must currently be in the 8th grade or a high school freshman to be admitted into the program.
PATHS is a 4-year pre-college program that works with prospective first-generation students from all backgrounds and walks of life, providing them with support from the summer before high school until their graduation day, ensuring that they are successful in their educational path.
Success in education is more than just good grades; success means being prepared both academically and socially, developing a cultural identity, and cultivating a sense of belonging within the wider community. PATHS believes the interconnected pathway between institutions of higher education, communities, school districts, and college bridge programs is vital for success.
Students must be willing to participate fully each summer and throughout the school year for four years. If this sounds like you, please continue to application.
